The Smallest Powerboat to Cross the Atlantic Ocean was the I Am Second Crossing the Atlantic. Ralph and Robert Brown crossed the Atlantic Ocean in a 21 ft. flats boat June-September 2009.

It can’t sink, it can’t sink, trust your equipment, trust your equipment, help us Lord, Help us Lord Jesus” were the words coming out of Ralph’s mouth as the boat was spinning round and round in the pitch black sky. The compass was useless, the GPS was useless as the smallest powerboat to cross the Atlantic Ocean was caught in one of the few real whirlpools in the ocean. It was spinning round and round. Between the islands of the Faroes ripped millions of gallons of water between the deadly North Sea and the freezing cold North Atlantic as they surge round and round above a grave yard of sunken boats ripped between the shear cliffs and jagged rocks.
It is not like being out at sea near the United States or mainland Europe, where there are thousands of lights. This is out in the middle of no where between giant cliff and pitch black skies covered with clouds. The moon and the stars were completely hidden and the Brown Brothers found it in the middle of trying to outrun the remnants of a hurricane. As the wind ripped between the islands picking gallons and gallons of sea spray. The spot lights only lit up the salt spraying and were useless as the helpless tiny boat spun round and round.
Obviously I survived or I would not be writing this today. I am Ralph Brown, let me encourage you to watch the story on Amazon Prime: I am second voyage crossing the Atlantic.
